Today at 12 p.m., the Morean Arts Center hosts the third annual great St. Pete cupcake contest. Creative Loafing's food editor Arielle Stevenson will be judging the 50-60 entries (it's a hard job but someone has to do it). The public is invited to nosh on surplus cupcakes and vote for their favorite.
