The Friends of Boyd Hill Nature Preserve would like to announce that we intend to actively oppose the proposed development of land located adjacent to Boyd Hill.
This project would clearly compromise the integrity of the preserve, which is home to several state and federally listed species of plants and animals. W...e are urging everyone to speak up for the preserve and let your city council members know that this development, if approved, will threaten the delicate ecosystems that exist within Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. The City’s last natural area and the jewel of the St. Petersburg parks system needs your support.
